The 38th Annual Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce Sandcastle Contest was held on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016 at a new location on the south end of the beach near Funland under hot weather conditions.  Participants worked to create different castles and sculptures in the sand for judging in the late afternoon at which time trophy's ail be given out.
