Firefly Music Festival releases daily schedule

Single-day passes for June's Firefly Music Festival in Dover will go on sale Thursday at noon.

It will be a super Saturday at this year's Firefly Music Festival.

Three of the festival's five headliners, including Canadian alternative R&B singer The Weeknd, rock legend Bob Dylan and Chance the Rapper, the newly-minted as the Best New Artist at last month's Grammy Awards, will perform on Saturday, June 17.

While exact set times won't be released until we get closer to four-day Dover music festival, we now know the date that each of the 140-plus acts will perform.

Festival officials also announced that single-day passes ($79-$109) will be available this year and go on sale Thursday.

On Thursday, English indie band Glass Animals will help kick off the June 15-18 fest, along with Icelandic indie rockers Kaleo, Maryland-born jam band O.A.R. and 13 other acts, including Dover hip hop act Trio.

Twenty One Pilots return to Firefly on Friday, fresh from winning its first Grammy Award, taking home the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance honor for "Stressed Out."

The act will be joined by Flume, the Australian DJ who also won his first Grammy -- Best Dance/Electronic Album for last year's "Skin." Alternative rockers Weezer, Swedish indie pop band Miike Snow and Scottish indie rockers Franz Ferdinand are also scheduled.

Joining The Weeknd, Dylan and Chance the Rapper on Saturday will be pop singer Kesha, Swedish electronic dance duo Galantis, rapper T-Pain and Bear resident/Will Smith collaborator DJ Jazzy Jeff.

To close out the six annual music festival, British alternative rockers Muse will bring its eye-popping live show to The Woodlands on Sunday. Indie pop/rock act The Shins, the Jared Leto-led Thirty Seconds to Mars, rapper Busta Rhymes and Los Angeles-based DJ Dillon Francis will help wrap up the festival's final day.

Four-day passes for the festival, which draws about 90,000, are on sale now for $299.

Single-day general admission passes will cost $109 for Friday, Saturday or Sunday and $79 for Thursday. VIP single-day pass for Friday, Saturday or Sunday will cost $249. There is no VIP option for Thursday. Single-day camping passes, which also go on sale Thursday, will cost $79.
