It's the final weekend before Halloween, so things are going to get costumed and crazy.

Here's a breakdown of what's happening for kids and grown-ups alike.

Friday

Boo at the Zoo 7-9 p.m. 3 Palms Zoo & Education Center, 924 Blackbird Forest Road, Clayton. $5. Sixth annual Halloween event features nocturnal animals, graveyard, ghosts, scarecrows, pumpkins, skeletons, witches, marshmallows and cider. Also Saturday.

Dracula” 7:30 p.m. Puffster, 115 Loockerman St., Dover. 1931 classic film.

“Dracula in Love” 8 p.m. Delaware City Community Center, 250 Fifth St., Delaware City. $5-$12. Reedy Point Players present this spoof, which proves that love can touch even a vampire’s heart and that monsters really know how to party. Also 8 p.m. Saturday.

Frightland 309 Port Penn Road, Middletown. $25-$40. Includes two-mile Haunted Hayride, four indoor haunted houses, rides, games and food. 6 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Nov. 4.

“Hocus Pocus” 5:30-8:30 p.m. George Wilson Center, 303 New London Road, Newark. Includes children’s crafts and food vendors, plus this 1993 PG comic horror movie at 6:30.

Mischief in the Garden 5-8 p.m. Bellevue Community Center, 500 Duncan Road, Wilmington. Includes haunted house, face painting, music, apple chunking, scarecrow making, bonfire, last Bellefonte Farmers Market of the season, food trucks and vendors.

“Monster Mash” 6:30 p.m. The Salted Rim, 27 Atlantic Ave., Ocean View. Ovation Dinner Theatre presents this interactive mystery featuring monsters to the left, mortals to the right and detectives stuck in the middle. Costume contest for those attending.

Delaware’s largest Halloween event enters its 28th year, featuring parades, bonfires, beach games, hayrides and trick or treating. Most activities are free.
