Saturday night's show at The Grand's Playhouse, "An Evening with Sutton Foster," has been abruptly canceled.

There is no additional information on the arts organization's website, and a tweet sent out from The Grand's account says the cancellation was for reasons beyond the group's control.

Those who had tickets will receive new ones for the rescheduled program on March 16, according to the tweet.

Sutton Foster is a Tony Award-nominated Broadway actor, singer and dancer who has performed in 11 shows on American theater's most important street. She most recently starred in "Violet" on Broadway in 2015.

She also tours as a solo act and has released two CDs, "Wish," and "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Cafe Carlyle."
