When rapper and Wilmington native BMagic302 saw a video clip Friday of Grammy Award-nominated rapper ScHoolboy Q referencing Delaware negatively in an interview, he put the Top Dawg Entertainment artist on blast.

"Word?? Say less bitch ass ...," he wrote on Instagram.

It was in response to a recent ScHoolboy Q interview with radio host Charlemagne Tha God in which he says offhandedly, "Where you from? Delaware? No disrespect to Delaware, but you're from Delaware. Like what are you talking about, I'm from L.A. ..."

ScHoolboy Q was speaking generically about online trolls who questioned why he grieved in private following the death of rappers Mac Miller and Nipsey Hustle instead of posting about it on social media. ScHoolboy Q cries over Miller's death in the interview.

BMagic302's post quickly got the attention of ScHoolboy Q, the Los Angeles-based Kendrick Lamar collaborator whose biggest hits include "Studio," "Man of the Year" and "That Part" featuring Kanye West.

"Awwwww s--t. ... I can't go 2 Delaware nomo even tho I sold millions of records without going to Delaware," wrote ScHoolboy Q, who has four Grammy nominations, including a pair for Best Rap Album in 2017 and 2015.

Apparently, ScHoolboy Q forgot that he performed in Dover in 2013 at the second Firefly Music Festival, dropping a 13-song performance that included covers of songs by both Lamar and another collaborator of ScHoolboy Q's, A$AP Rocky.

ScHoolboy Q performs with Sir at Gobi Tent during the 2019 Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival on April 13, 2019 in Indio, California.

BMagic302 — who has a tattoo of the state of Delaware on his face — then released a diss track aimed at ScHoolboy Q over the weekend titled "No Disrespect (SchoolGirl Q)."

"Now let me school the boy ScHoolboy real quick/You a real bitch/Your new name SchoolGirl Q/You started some s--t you can't finish/Underdog against top dog/You ain't winning," he raps.

For his part, BMagic302 told The News Journal on Wednesday that he's surprised ScHoolboy Q got so involved in the back and forth.

It's especially surprising, he says, considering ScHoolboy Q should be busy pushing his new album, "Crash Talk," which was released April 26 and features an appearance by this year's Firefly Music Festival headliner Travis Scott.

The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard's Top Rap Album Chart last week and has since dropped to No.2.

"Everybody's talking about the trash talk instead of 'Crash Talk,'" BMagic302 says. "He inboxed me and we went back and forth. He's a D-List celebrity with a lot of time on his hands."

ScHoolboy Q did not immediately respond to a request for comment about the feud. BMagic302 says ScHoolboy Q has since blocked him on social media.

Rapper BMagic302, a Wilmington native now based in Florida, has been in an online feud with Grammy Award-nominated rapper ScHoolboy Q.

The pair also tangled about their popularity with humorous results.

ScHoolboy Q, who has 2.3 million followers on Instagram, challenged BMagic302 to reach 2,500 followers in five hours and even posted a BMagic302 video to his Instagram Stories to aid in the effort.

BMagic302 never got there and currently has 2,152 followers.

But that didn't mean BMagic302 was going to walk away with his tail between his legs, replying with a burn of his own: "Prolly won't get there. You're only ScHoolboy Q."

After BMagic302 added, "Still a bitch. You not welcome to 302," ScHoolboy Q lashed out at The First State, shooting back, "Nobody goes to Delaware, brah. Lol, we go to Philly."

Rapper Schoolboy Q performs during the 2017 BET Upfront NY at PlayStation Theater on April 27, 2017 in New York City.

The whole affair has spawned coverage among hip hop media with HotNewHipHop.com's headline on Wednesday succinctly describing the entire situation: "ScHoolboy Q Is Beefing With The Whole State Of Delaware."

AllHipHop.com, which is headed by University of Delaware graduates Chuck Creekmur and "Grouchy" Greg Watkins, posted an article titled, "Rappers From Delaware Diss ScHoolboy Q On New Track Over Charlamagne Interview."

It's not ScHoolboy Q's first Delaware-themed online beef.

In 2014, he had a disagreement with Delaware rapper Jim Cretes, accusing him of using a ScHoolboy Q verse in one of his songs without permission.
