Winterfest of Lights

Ocean City is hosting its annual Winterfest of Lights through the end of the year, recreating their “Holiday Paradise.”

The family event is open each day, on Sunday-Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Winterfest of Light spans over 58 acres at 125 Street at Northside Park Bayside and is made up of one million lights creating hundreds of animated, lighted displays.

Many of these displays include themed fairy tale exhibits and a 50-foot Christmas tree.

Visitors can travel through the lighted village on the Winterfest Express to tour the mile-long path of lights.

Attendees can also relax and warm up in a heated Winterfest Village Pavilion.

When they are done experiencing the lights, families can shop in Yukon Cornelius’ gift shop and get their photos taken with Santa.

Admission to the event is $5, but for all young visitors aged 11 and under can enter for free.
