Bluegrass by the Bay brings Seldom Scene, Flatland Drive and more to Ocean City

Dust off your fiddles and break out your washboards because Bluegrass by the Bay is back.

Bluegrass band Blue Highway is one of the groups that play at the Bluegrass by the Bay festival from Sept. 28 to Oct. 1.

From Thursday, Sept. 28 to Sunday, Oct. 1, audiences will enjoy four days of bluegrass from 14 musical groups from all over the country, each bringing their own sound to Castaways Campground in West Ocean City.

On Thursday, audiences will enjoy Flatland Drive, No Spare Time, Hard Knox, and Russell More & IIIrd Tyme Out.

Friday’s lineup will consist of Code Blue, the Boxcars, Darrell Webb Band, Breaking Grass, and Lonesome River Band. Saturday will feature Junior Sisk and Ramblers Choice, Joe Mullins and Radio Ramblers, Flatt Lonesome, Blue Highway, Seldom Scene, and Frank Solivan and Dirty Kitchen.

Last to take the stage will be Sunday Gospel with Code Blue and Flatland Drive. 

Ticket prices for the event vary. One day passes are $70, two day passes are $80, and three day passes are $90. Children 11 and under may attend for free.
