Fenwick Crabhouse offers reasons to get happy
As its name would suggest, the Fenwick Crabhouse Restaurant & Bar is haven for seafood fans. However, its bar area also offers daily specials for fans of adult beverages.
Now under new ownership, the business on southbound Coastal Highway in the Fenwick Center shopping plaza offers a daily happy hour from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Drink specials include $2 pints of Yuengling and Pabst Blue Ribbon, $2.50 Miller Lite pints and 25-ounce cans of Natural Light, $2.99 domestic bottles, $3 martinies and $5 house wines, Bloody Marys and orange crushes.
Food specials at the bar during happy hour are also plentiful. Enjoy $6 hamburgers; $6.95 specials including small pretzels with crab dip, a trio of barbeque grilled shrimp or beer battered shrimp; the $12.95 shrimp cocktail (five-piece); or the $10.95 crab cake sliders.
Those interested in a full-scale dinner can dine in or they can order carryout from the side of the building. The entire menu is available to go, including fried chicken, baby back ribs, salads, shrimp — and of course full or half bushels of crabs.
