Live hip hop performances and a celebratory bash will mark the final week of "Dream Streets: Art in Wilmington 1970-1990" at the Delaware Art Museum (2301 Kentmere Parkway, Wilmington).

The after hours Dream Streets Festival will run Friday 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. -- two hours after the museum's normal closing.

The exhibit, which wraps up its three-month run at the museum Sept. 27, tracks three decades of art in Delaware's biggest city, including everything from paintings and drawings to photography and sculpture.

As a bonus, it includes an oral history of the city's art scene culled from 63 interviews with artists, musicians and others that were conducted for the ambitious project.

To help celebrate the exhibit's final week, the festival will pair live performances (DJ Scarfo, Richard Raw, India Sage) with face painting, live painting demonstrations, break-dancing and food from more than 10 food trucks.
