Rehoboth Beach chef Hari Cameron and his brother Orion on Wednesday plan to open a second grandpa (MAC.) eatery at 18756 Coastal Highway (Del. 1).

Chef Hari Cameron extrudes fresh pumpernickel pasta shells inside the first location of grandpa (MAC.) in Rehoboth Beach.

The Rehoboth restaurant, which specializes in homemade pasta, is in the Harbor Square Shopping Center, next to the Starbucks. The restaurant is named for the Cameron brothers’ great grandfather Cameron McCurdy, who was known as Grandpa Mac.

Customers can “build-their-own” dish by choosing from seven different pastas (gluten-free is available) and a variety of cheeses, toppings and other sauces (all gluten-free) which include everything from pork ragu to vegan walnut chili. They also will be selling soup, salads and panini.

The flagship grandpa (MAC.) in downtown Rehoboth at 33 Baltimore Ave. has been operating since 2015.
