Brewing Ambassador Bryan Selders will host the new Dogfish session at the Rehoboth Brewpub starting in February.

Even in the offseason, ale enthusiasts can get their off-centered fix through Beers with Bryan, a new Dogfish Head event series coming in February.

Brewing Ambassador Bryan Selders will chat with guests about all things beer, including the brewing process, food pairings, Dogfish Head's history and more at the Rehoboth Brewpub.

The session wouldn't be complete without, well, beer, so guests can enjoy two pints of beer paired with snacks and a pint glass to keep.

Tickets are $15 and limited to 12 spots per session so guests can learn about the brewing world through Selders in a laid-back setting.

Dogfish Head's Brewing Ambassador Bryan Selders, talks about the collaboration brew between Dogfish and RAR on Thursday, Sept 7, 2017.

Upcoming sessions are Feb. 5, March 5 and April 9, all Mondays from 6-8 p.m. Those interested in reserving a spot can call 302-266-BREW(2739) or visit www.dogfish.com.

Selders joined Dogfish Head in 2002 and mostly recently served as Head Brewer. After a short break from the company, Selders returned to promote the Dogfish brand and craft beer as Brewing Ambassador.

He was involved in the 2009 documentary "Beer Wars" and appeared on Brew Masters on the Discovery Channel.
