Memorabilia celebrating the the forthcoming wedding between Britain's Prince Harry and his US fiancee Meghan Markle are pictured for sale in a gift shop in Windsor, west of London.

It was big news When Harry Met Meghan. Even bigger is the couple's upcoming wedding.

Great Britain is in a tizzy for the May 19 Royal Wedding at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, west of London, and you can join in the fun.

Need to stock up on last minute Royal Wedding themed items?

Lewes Gourmet, a Lewes institution at 110 Front St. for 25 years, is Anglo-American owned. The shop sells a number of specially selected wedding mugs, napkins, scones, clotted cream and many other British treats.

Andrea Spuck and Tim Southerst took over the store in 2015 and have expanded it's gourmet food offerings particularly Del-Mar-Va favorites and British, Dutch, Scandinavian, French, German and European specialties in recognition of Lewes' history.

It's also the many countries in which the family has lived. Indeed, they still have a home in the Royal Arsenal in London which also has many ties to Lewes.

And several area eateries are offering wedding themed drinks and eats leading up to the nuptials.

(If you plan to watch what's happening live on TV, don't sleep in. Royal wedding coverage on May 19 begins at 4 a.m. on CBS, 4:30 a.m. on NBC and 5 a.m. on ABC. BBC America also is offering a live stream.)

People walk along the Long Walk leading up to Windsor Castle in Windsor, west of London.

Want to give an early toast to the happy couple? During the month of May, the Hotel du Pontin downtown Wilmington is making two special cocktails honoring bride Meghan Markle and His Royal Highness Prince Harry, the groom.

The drinks are available at the 11th and Market street hotel’s newly renovated Green Room Bar and the lobby.

The Markle Sparkle is a $15 citrus vodka, apple liqueur and Champagne cocktail being served in May at the Hotel du Pont in honor of the upcoming Royal Wedding.

The "Markle Sparkle" is a $15 drink made with citrus vodka and apple liqueur with a champagne topper. It's garnished with a raspberry.

"Hooray for Harry!," also $15, is a cocktail blended with Grey Goose vodka and Red Bull. It's poured over ice in a Collins glass and has a cucumber garnish.

From May 14 to May 20, participating Dunkin' Donuts shops will be offering limited-edition heart-shaped jelly-filled pastries.

Interesting tidbit: While there are only a handful of DD shops in the U.K., the company's CEO is English businessman Nigel Travis.

The Hooray for Harry is a vodka/Red Bull cocktail being served at the Hotel du Pont this month in honor of Prince Harry's upcoming marriage to Meghan Markle.

The doughnuts, known as "Royal Love," have chocolate icing and a strawberry drizzle.

The chain offered similar doughnuts in 2011 to honor the Royal Wedding of Harry's brother Prince William and his wife Catherine Middleton.

Stoney's Pub, a British tavern at 3007 Concord Pike, Talleyville, is hosting a Royal Wedding breakfast buffet on May 19 with doors opening at 6:30 a.m.

TVs will be tuned to the wedding coverage. The cost for breakfast, along with some wedding cake and tea and coffee, is $21.95 per person.

Food is a big interest for Markle, who used to write a blog called The Tig, a nickname for Tignanello, a full-bodied Tuscan red wine.

Since the royal wedding takes place at noon (U.K. time), there's expected to be a daytime reception as well as an evening reception hosted by Prince Charles.

Let's face it, most of us aren't invited to the wedding. But do you still want some British fare to eat that day?

Consider the Delaware British-themed eateries Go Fish! on Rehoboth Avenue in Rehoboth Beach, andGo Brit!, its sister location off Del. 1 in Lewes.

The restaurants often post royal family news along with Royal Wedding tidbits on their Facebook pages.

A cutout of Queen Elizabeth graces the entrance of the Go Fish! British eatery in Rehoboth Beach. It's in honor of the upcoming Royal Wedding.

Did you know when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle marry at Windsor Castle it will be the 16th Royal Wedding celebrated on the grounds since 1863?

Go Fish! and Go Brit! are owned by London native Alison Blyth. The restaurants offer a wide variety of British favorites including beer-battered fish and chips as well as bangers and mash, shepherd’s pie, mushy peas and sticky toffee pudding. Seriously, do not walk out without ordering the sticky toffee pudding.

The Rehoboth eatery has a life-size cardboard cutout of Queen Elizabeth, who looks like she is dressed for a wedding, displayed outside of the 24 Rehoboth Ave. location.

Staying home to watch the festivities? Of course, you'll need a cuppa.

You can't go wrong with a tin of Royal Wedding tea made by Harney & Sons.

The tea was commissioned by Historic Royal Palaces, an independent charity that looks after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, the Banqueting House, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle.

Each $12 tin contains 30 sachets of tea, which is a blend of Chinese Mutan White tea buds with almond, coconut and vanilla, along with pink rosebuds and petals. Visit www.harney.com for more information.

Royal Wedding tea was recently served at University and Whist Club of Wilmington.
