Troy Draine is one of 10 SoDel Concepts employees who received recognition for creating a positive environment for both their colleagues and the guests in the company’s nine restaurants. Draine works at Lupo Italian Kitchen in Rehoboth Beach.

Scott Kammerer, president of Rehoboth Beach-based SoDel Concepts, recently announced the recipients of the company’s Shining Star awards for the third quarter of 2016.

The hand-selected employees help foster a positive work environment and are committed to giving guests a memorable dining experience.

"They represent our company culture and our mission," Kammerer said.

One of the youngest employees, Troy Draine, is "awesome," said Meghan King, the general manager of Lupo Italian Kitchen, where Draine works. "We are thankful to have him on our team. He is hardworking, dedicated and willing to help out in any way possible."
