Been awhile since you've visited Christiana Mall? The latest store openings

The retail industry is booming in Christiana, with a major mall and a Fashion Center that continues to expand.

The mall, which attracts more than 20 million visitors annually, has gone through change over the years to keep up with the industry as retail shifts more toward the internet.

Shoppers look through merchandise at Michael Kors at Christiana Mall.

But while vacancy rates at regional malls are more than 8 percent, and strip malls have a 10 percent unoccupied rate, Christiana Mall is 100 percent leased.

Many readers commented on our Facebook page that they hadn't been to the mall recently, whether traffic concerns steered them away or another reason.

So in case you haven't been in a bit, here are some of the latest store openings at Christiana Mall, since the beginning of 2017.
