Two new restaurants are among the new stores coming to the Christiana Fashion Center.

Philadelphia-based Honeygrow will open its third Delaware location. New Jersey-born Turning Point, a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, will open its first Delaware eatery.

Once you chow down there, you can work off those calories at a new Orangetheory Fitness, part of the rapidly growing group workout chain, slated to open this summer.

Those lease announcements and others were made this week by MSC Retail. In the last year, it has leased 38,000 square feet with eight tenants at the Allied Properties-owned Christiana Fashion Center, the open-air retail district just south of Christiana Mall.

In the fall, MSC says David's Bridal will open a 10,000-square-feet shop and will open around the time Honeygrow and Turning Point do.

Honeygrow first brought its fast casual, farm-to-table stir fry and salad concept to Delaware in 2015, when it opened locations in Newark and Brandywine Hundred. Founded in Philadelphia in 2012 by Justin Rosenberg, the fast-moving concept now has over 30 Honeygrow and Minigrow sites in six states plus Washington, D.C.

Turning Point says on its website that it applies "the same principles of a nighttime restaurant to our daytime breakfast and lunch establishments." The restaurants are open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and offer a big menu for both breakfast and lunch.

The two new restaurants will join a growing list of eateries in the Fashion Center that includes Shake Shack, Qdoba, Zoe's Kitchen and Chili's.

MSC Retail has also been involved with recent leases like MidiCi, the fast casual pizza chain that's offering free pizza this weekend, its opening weekend, and others, such as Jersey Mike's and Fortunoff Backyard Store.

A Mattress Warehouse should open sometime this month, too.

Delaware Business Now also reported women's fashion chain Chico's was heading to the Fashion Center. The store currently has a location inside the mall. If the store moves outside, it would be similar to the transition made recently by Talbots.

MSC Retail said it is actively working on 11,000 square feet worth of deals, "with additional big box and small shop tenants to be announced shortly."
