With Facebook and Instagram crashing on Tuesday morning, leaving people without feeds to scroll through, what is left to do? (Besides work.) 

Believe it or not, you can read most of the good stuff the World Wide Web has to offer without the permission of the social media giants. At Delaware Online, for example, we publish new stories every day on this internet thing. They're here for you even when Facebook isn't.

4. Horrific crash overnight on Del. 1 leaves 2 dead
