You likely aren't the winner of Wednesday's $298.3 million Powerball jackpot, but are you the Delaware winner of $50,000?

The jackpot-winning ticket was bought in Brooklyn, New York, according to lottery officials.

The Delaware ticket, bought at a Royal Farms at U.S. 13 and Del. 24 near Laurel, had not been turned in as of Thursday afternoon, according to Vernon Kirk, director of the Delaware Lottery. The ticket hit four of the five white balls and the Powerball.

The winning numbers are white balls 05-25-38-52-67 and Powerball 24. The Power Play multiplier is 2.

Three of eight Powerball jackpot-winning tickets have been bought in New York this year, according to Powerball officials. The last time a Delaware ticket won the jackpot was in 2016. That ticket, bought in Selbyville, won $121.6 million. In all, 10 Delaware tickets have won the jackpot since 1993.

Wednesday's jackpot winner – whose ticket matched all six numbers drawn – may choose between 30 graduated payments over 29 years or a lump sum payment of $180.2 million before taxes, lottery officials said.

Three tickets – sold in Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin – won $1 million each Wednesday by matching five numbers.

The next Powerball jackpot will be $40 million when it's drawn Saturday, officials said. Tickets cost $2 each.

Meanwhile, the Mega Millions jackpot is up to an estimated $348 million. The drawing will be Friday at 11 p.m., and tickets may be bought in Delaware until 9:45 that night. They cost $2.

In Delaware, Wednesday's $50,000 Powerball prize isn't the only lottery prize that remains unclaimed.

A Multi-Win Lottery ticket for the Dec. 29, 2017, drawing is worth $59,100. The ticket was bought at Redner's Warehouse Market, 25 Greentree Drive, Dover. The winning numbers are 01-03-09-13-31-33.

A Mega Millions ticket for the Jan. 2, 2018, drawing is worth $10,000. The ticket was sold at Shore Stop No. 266, 1612 S. Du Pont Highway, Dover. The winning numbers are 01-42-47-64-70 and Mega Ball 22.

Delaware Lottery winners must claim their prize within one year of the date of the drawing. Prizes worth more than $5,000 must be claimed at the Delaware Lottery Office, 1575 McKee Road, Suite 102, in Dover.

If a prize goes unclaimed, the money is returned to the Delaware general fund. Each year about $2 million in Delaware Lottery prizes goes unclaimed.
