The Sussex County Courthouse, at 1 The Circle in Georgetown, was closed Thursday after a leak caused a partial ceiling collapse.

The courthouse is home to Sussex County Superior Court and Court of Common Pleas. Delaware Courts spokesman Sean O'Sullivan said no one was injured, but the building's water had to be turned off to assess the damage.

Delaware courts are closed for Good Friday, but normal operations are expected to resume Monday, O’Sullivan said.

Anyone with questions should contact the appropriate court or their attorney.
