The Rehoboth Beach Chamber of Commerce held its 28th annual Sea Witch Festival Parade on a beautiful sunny fall Saturday as the community said farewell to the summer season and hello to Halloween fun.

Witches, ghosts and goblins entertained a crowd estimated to be over 100,000 at the two-hour event, according to police officials.
