Salisbury man charged with heroin possession

staff report
Jason Bradley

A Salisbury man is charged with possession of heroin after deputies found him parked along a rarely used dirt road.

A Wicomico County Sheriff’s deputy stopped to investigate a vehicle parked on an infrequently used substation road off East Road in Salisbury at 8:34 p.m. Saturday, July 2. While speaking with the driver, Jason Bradley, 35, behaved in a manner that deputies say compelled them to call for a K9 unit. After alert signs from the K9, the vehicle was searched and both heroin and a loaded syringe were discovered, according to deputies.

Bradley was placed under arrest and charged with possession of heroin. Following an appearance before the District Court Commissioner, Bradley was released on his own recognizance.
