Naked Salisbury woman charged with peeing in public
A parking lot just isn't the best place to do one's business, particularly bodily movements, a July 16 arrest shows.
Myesisha Lenora Moss, 35, told deputies she was celebrating her birthday Friday night at the American Legion Post 145 in the 900 block of West Road, according to a Wicomico County District Court filing. At around 10:18 p.m., deputies say Moss flashed her breasts at customers in the parking lot of the establishment, then pulled down her pants and began urinating.
When a Wicomico County Sheriff's deputy responded to the Legion, Moss had staggered off, lower court records show. The deputy caught up to Moss in the area of Miami and Mohawk Avenues, her charging papers state. Having detained Moss, who the filings show reeked of booze, the deputy said he discovered she had been cited for trespassing upon the property in March, April and May of this year.
It also turns out it wasn't even Moss' birthday, according to court records. She was born on Feb. 26, 1981.
Moss was later charged in Wicomico County District Court with indecent exposure, trespassing and disorderly conduct. She faces up to three years and five months in jail and up to $2,000 in fines. She is now free on a personal recognizance bond.
