Missing D.C. Uber, Lyft driver found dead in Trolley Square
Wilmington police have confirmed that the body found in a car in the Trolley Square Shopping Center parking lot is that of a missing Washington, D.C., rideshare driver.
According to Metropolitan Police in Washington, Musba Behiru Shifa was last seen Jan. 18, and was last seen driving a black Honda HRV.
The same make and color of vehicle was seen being loaded onto a wrecker Saturday in the lot in front of the WSFS Bank branch on Delaware Avenue.
Officials released little information about exactly when Shifa was found or the circumstances surrounding his death.

According to Wilmington Police Department spokesperson David Karas, his agency is assisting D.C. police. He said a death investigation is underway.
"No foul play is suspected," he said.
In a story from WJLA ABC 7 in Washington, friends said the 43-year-old Shifa worked as an Uber and Lyft driver six days a week. They believe he was out picking up customers the day he went missing.
WJLA reported that Shifa moved to the United States from Ethiopia in 2006 and had been living in D.C. for about five years. He was reported missing on Jan. 28.
